A surface-level combination peel provides gentle but effective exfoliation with a depigmenting effect, promotes cell renewal and reduces wrinkles, superficial scars and age spots.
A synergistic combination of acids provides maximum results: trichloroacetic acid at a concentration of 12% is a powerful keratolytic, has a pronounced lifting effect, evens out skin tone and skin surface, has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects. A large molecule of mandelic acid at a concentration of 5% potentiates the effect of trichloroacetic acid, reduces the manifestations of hyperkeratosis of any etiology and gives the skin radiance and an even tone. Kojic acid (5%) – reduces the manifestations of hyperpigmentation, blocks the tyrosinase enzyme and improves the overall appearance of the skin. In addition, this mixture of acids stimulates the production of anchor protein fibrils, strengthening the dermato-epidermal contact. Thus, epidermal trophism improves, and the diffuse transport of components necessary for the differentiation of the overlying keratinocytes through the basement membrane is enhanced.
TC-CONTROL TCA+ activates regeneration processes and stimulates collagen synthesis, which allows you to effectively combat cosmetic imperfections without the need for complex rehabilitation measures.

STABILIZED TRICHLOROACETIC ACID is a modified form of TCA, which uses special stabilizing components to control its aggressiveness, uniform penetration and increase the safety of the procedure.
The main action mechanism of TCA is associated with its ability to fold proteins, causing controlled damage to the epidermis and dermis. This property makes it one of the most effective components for chemical peels. Depending on the concentration, trichloroacetic acid can affect different layers of the skin: from superficial exfoliation to deep remodeling of the dermis.
TCA stimulates active cell renewal, enhances the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which contributes to skin rejuvenation and improvement of its texture. Due to its ability to destroy damaged cells and stimulate regeneration (by strengthening the dermo-epidermal junction), trichloroacetic acid is effective in the treatment of hyperpigmentation, post-acne, photoaging and fine wrinkles.
Trichloroacetic acid has antiseptic properties, inhibiting the growth of pathogenic microorganisms, which is especially important in the treatment of inflammatory skin conditions. In addition, it has a moderate anti-inflammatory effect by reducing the activity of inflammatory mediators.

MANDELIC ACID is an organic alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from bitter almond extracts. Its molecular weight is 152.15 g/mol, making it one of the largest alpha-hydroxy acids. Due to its large molecular size, mandelic acid penetrates the skin slowly, which minimizes the risk of irritation and makes it suitable for use even on sensitive skin. This allows it to penetrate both the hydrophilic and lipophilic layers of the skin, providing a comprehensive effect. Mandelic acid has a multifaceted effect, providing exfoliating, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and brightening benefits.

KOJIC ACID has a remarkable ability to inhibit tyrosinase activity. This enzyme is key in the biosynthesis of pigment in melanocytes. By blocking tyrosinase activity, kojic acid prevents the formation of excess melanin, making it effective in the treatment of hyperpigmentation such as melasma, sun spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Kojic acid has antioxidant properties, protecting skin cells from damage caused by free radicals. Kojic acid neutralizes these radicals, preventing damage to lipids, proteins and DNA of cell membranes, thereby protecting the skin from premature aging. In addition, kojic acid has moderate anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces the activation of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and cytokines, which reduces inflammatory skin reactions. Kojic acid exhibits moderate antibacterial activity, making it useful in combating microbes that contribute to inflammatory processes on the skin. It inhibits the growth of such bacteria (e.g. Propionibacterium acnes).

INCI: ACQUA(WATER), PROPYLENE GLYCOL, TRICHLOROACETIC ACID, MANDELIC ACID, KOJIC ACID , XANTHAN GUM

WARNINGS:

  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
  • Slight redness of treated areas may occur, which resolves within 24-48 hours.
  • Skin may become drier after the peel. Stop using it if sensitivity or irritation occurs.
  • Avoid exposure of treated area to direct sunlight or UV lamps.

SKIN PREPARATION FOR THE PROCEDURE:

7-10 days before the peel, prepare the skin: with acids in small concentrations (4-synergy brightening cream, Revit AHA cream), enzyme peeling, retinol, and with the help of corneotherapeutic and moisturizing agents.

24 hours before the procedure, exclude aggressive and active components (retinoids, vitamin C).

During application, the patient may feel a slight tingling sensation. If there is severe burning or pronounced whitening of the skin (frost), it is not necessary to withstand the full exposure.

Remove the product residue with a gauze pad moistened with water and thoroughly clean the treated area of skin and then tone the skin.
